Logo Design for Atlas Alley

I came up with 3 logo samples.

For the first logo, the client thought of a muscle man carrying a globe, but I choosed a softer approach to have the earth, which is represented by the water wave and fauna, on a palm of a woman’s hand. I also picked out a font to go with the icon.

For the second logo, I thought about how people might feel when they light a scented candle in their house, which to me, it would be like looking out a window and seeing the sun lighting up all the dark valleys. So I illustrated a window with a rising sun.

The final logo mock, which is what my client choose, have a very straight forward concept. I used the initials of the company name, AA, to come up with this seal like icon. I thought which they could also use this icon on any wax seal that they have on their packaging.

Then we did our rounds of changes, experimenting with different font, placement and colours.

And we settled on the final logo design which was this.
